I had rhinoplasty using ear cartilage because my nose was low. I wanted a natural look, so instead of a straight-to-slightly upturned semi-boseon shape, I went with a straight shape, but sometimes when I look in the mirror, I do regret it. That is because my midface, which was originally about average, became longer after the rhinoplasty. So I also think that if I had slightly lifted the nasal tip with a straight-to-semi-boseon or semi-boseon shape, my midface might not have looked longer. However, it does not look very obvious that I had rhinoplasty, and it looks natural, so I am fairly satisfied. My skin does not stretch easily, and I already had a slight nasal bridge, so we decided to use 3 mm silicone before going into surgery, but after entering the operating room, I suddenly got scared and changed it to 2.8 mm. I recommend getting plenty of consultations and thinking it through carefully in advance.
