Back then, there were no apps like this, and cosmetic surgery cafes were not that developed either, so I went around to clinics in person to find one. The director is neither kind nor unkind. Just average. I went to consultations at several places, and at the time I think the director was an otolaryngology specialist, so I had it done there. Personally, I don’t think the director is especially good at making the design look pretty. A few years after the surgery, the nasal tip dropped somewhat, so I thought a lot about whether I should have revision surgery, but I figured at least I did not get contracture, so I am living with it as it is. If satisfaction is high, medium, or low, mine is medium.
