5-Month Review After Revision Surgery to Correct Asymmetrical Eyes!

<Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>5-month review after revision surgery to correct asymmetrical eyes! I had eye surgery twice already, but my eyes were so asymmetrical that I ended up getting revision double-eyelid surgery.. Only one double-eyelid crease had drooped, so every time I looked in the mirror, one eye always looked sleepy, and my impression kept looking different, which was really stressful.. When doing makeup, I also had to adjust my eyeliner and eyeshadow differently on each side, and when I took photos, the asymmetry stood out even more, so I had to intentionally open my eyes wider or cover it with a filter Because of that, I gradually stopped taking photos, and as the stress about my asymmetrical eyes built up, I finally decided to have revision surgery! Since I was already stressed after having had two revision surgeries, I had a lot of doubts and questions, but the director and consultant explained the answers to my questions in detail, so I think I was able to trust them. So I went ahead with the surgery right away, and I have been very satisfied! Even though it was my third surgery.. I think waiting is always hard.. During the recovery period after surgery, the difference between the lines looked even more noticeable. So I think waiting is essential.. To be honest, during the first 1-2 weeks, I was really worried, thinking, “Was the asymmetry correction actually done properly?”.. In the beginning, because of swelling, the lines can look unnatural and the left-right asymmetry can look even worse, so I managed it with cold compresses + reducing salt intake. Personally, I also used cold compresses a lot! Around one month later, most of the swelling had gone down, and the lines gradually started settling naturally. Now the balance between both eyes is almost even, and it does not look awkward when I close my eyes or smile, so I am really satisfied. More than anything, I think I feel the most satisfied every time I take photos. Before, I always had to open my eyes wide or pay attention to the angle, but now, even without straining, both eyes look naturally symmetrical, so my impression looks clearer and my expression looks much more natural. These days, I feel even more that I made the right choice having the revision surgery again!
