The Chuseok holiday was long, so I thought it would be good for recovering from LASEK, and I got one-day LASEK on the 3rd! It was a place where, because it was one-day, you get everything from the examination to the surgery on the day of surgery. With an office worker discount and various other discounts, it came out to around 1.8 million won including PRP! On the day of surgery and the next day, my eyes really felt like they were burning and stinging, but from day 3, it definitely settled down, and on day 4, when the protective lenses were removed, it got much better. Now I’m on day 7, and I have no trouble doing office work. They said I just need to be careful about UV protection, so I’m very satisfied so far!! Since LASEK leaves a lot of residual corneal thickness and is strong against external impact, I think it could be good for people who have some leeway for the recovery period and people who want to protect their eye health safely.
