Review after HT and TPIS

TPIS Since I have somewhat of a nasal bridge, they recommended shaving down the hump and raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and for the stepped area in the middle, using dermis instead of silicone. The consultation was naturalistic, and they said that if silicone is not used, it may not feel perfectly smooth to the touch, but visually it could look like it falls smoothly. From my perspective, based on the consultation, I felt they counseled me honestly without overtreatment.

HT The director had experience working at a hospital with Crohn's and rheumatism patients, so when I said I have Crohn's disease, they advised that I should go without an implant to avoid problems after surgery. So they explained two options, plan A and B, and the difference was the implant/materials. They were very honest, and I felt there was no overtreatment. Plan A used silicone and donated costal cartilage, and plan B was implant-free, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. They said if needed, they would use silicone only as a really thin, slight layer. They said that with plan B, I might not get the exact result I want, but it would definitely improve compared to now. They gave honest care within what was possible and suited to my facial atmosphere.
