This was my first rhinoplasty. I had surgery for a hump + nasal bridge (silicone) + arrow-shaped nose correction + nasal tip (donor costal cartilage, septal cartilage). My columella originally hung down a lot, so my nasal tip drooped sharply downward! It has been one week, but my nose looks upturned The clinic reassured me, saying it hasn’t been long since the splint was removed and there is still swelling in my nose, so the nasal tip (the part that looks upturned) will come down soon, and that everyone worries because it looks upturned after splint removal, so I shouldn’t worry But when I look at photos, not everyone seems to look upturned after surgery. They said it can vary depending on the nose condition and surgical method It just looks that way because it’s still right after surgery, right? Everyone, please let me know
