I’m in serious trouble... what should I do, really...

The attached photos are the scar photo and the photo from when the first surgery went wrong.. I had nose surgery in February 2009 at a newly opened plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam.. They were advertising very loudly as a clinic with “fair prices and full responsibility to the end.”.. At the time, I knew nothing and thought as long as they were board-certified plastic surgeons it would be fine, and the person I first consulted at that hospital told me that they had specialists in each field.. They said they were a breast augmentation specialist and that there was also a separate nose surgery specialist.. Then they gave me a detailed consultation.. They said they were so confident that they had never had a single complaint so far, and that if any problem occurred they would take responsibility to the end.. They said they even had 300 million won liability insurance, and asked where else I had seen a plastic surgery clinic like that, bragging loudly.. They said that if it went to a lawsuit, they would even cover the legal fees.. They kept emphasizing how responsible they were... I believed them.. Then they spent a long time explaining the problems that happen when silicone is inserted all the way to the tip of the nose, and said that at their clinic they absolutely! do not put silicone into the nasal tip, using a modern surgical method in which the bridge is silicone and the tip is cartilage.. They also said that my nostrils were shaped horizontally and that they could beautifully change them into a vertical shape.. Since the person said they were a doctor, I trusted them even more.. And I had the surgery at that hospital.. After the first surgery.. But what in the world was this.!! When I came out of the operating room, silicone had been inserted all the way to the tip of my nose. They did not even discuss it with me at all. The person who was supposedly the nose surgery specialist said that I did not have enough cartilage in my nose, so they had no choice but to use silicone all the way to the tip.. So I asked why they had not used ear cartilage, and the manager there said... there was not enough ear cartilage either? What?? Does that make sense? Later, when I asked other plastic surgeons, they said there is no case where cartilage was too insufficient to use.. Well, up to that point I was too out of it to really understand. I just thought it would be okay. But the problem was that the surgical result was truly horrific. I looked like a monster. They inserted the silicone all the way up to the brow area, and the silicone did not sit flush against the nose; it bulged out, looking like an upside-down U shape. When I touched it, I could feel the line exactly, and when I pressed it, it hurt and felt pushed in.. On top of that, it was even crooked diagonally.. And the shape of my nostrils was completely unchanged.. What exactly did they keep of what they told me at that hospital? Nothing at all..!! But the hospital kept saying that it would get better with time. Then do you know what that manager said again?.. They said that because my forehead was sunken, the silicone in my nose looked like it was sticking out. And then they told me to get fillers in my forehead!! Even though my face already looked like a monster because of my nose, anyone could see that.. Isn’t that insane? If they had messed up the surgery, they should admit it.. If they were in my position, how could they say something like that? I was already suffering, crying every day, and then they spoke to me like that.. And the even bigger problem was the open-rhinoplasty scar.. The scar was so large that the incision site became deeply indented. So the lower part beneath the incision looked as if flesh was bulging out in a round shape, but they kept saying that would improve with time too.. Since I had no way to do anything in that situation, I decided to at least believe that and wait about the scar.. And eventually, one month later, I had revision nose surgery After the second surgery.. Because of that revision surgery, I withdrew from the university I had been attending normally at the start of the new semester, and after the surgery I went back down to the provinces. Those were such painful times.. But I held on, thinking that once this time passed I would be able to return next semester and go back to school normally.. Yet from the early stage after the revision surgery, I could feel the silicone in the bridge of my nose again.. I kept consulting that doctor about the problem, but they kept saying it just needed time again.. Even then I believed it. I kept hoping that time would pass.. And then five months passed.. Six months had passed since the first surgery.. The silicone line in the bridge of my nose only got worse day by day, instead of improving. As the swelling went down, the line became more and more visible. A line formed in an upside-down U shape.. On top of that, it moved left and right, and when pressed it hurt and felt pushed in.. It was not attached to the bridge of my nose and was bulging out again.. And the scar showed absolutely no improvement.. It was no different from when I first had the surgery. The incision line was still deeply indented, and the flesh under my nose still looked as if it was sticking out.. It had become such a large scar.. Anyone could see it clearly if they looked even a little closely.. I told the hospital about this.. Then they told me to have another revision surgery..... Do they know how I endured that time..? I even took a leave of absence, and after suffering so much through two surgeries and holding on, they were telling me to have revision surgery again.. Is revision surgery a joke?? And how could I ever have another surgery at that hospital? Unless I was insane, why would I have another surgery at the place that had already ruined me twice? And they were telling me to pay for it too!! The plastic surgery clinic that now says it can absolutely take no responsibility.. So I told them I would go to another hospital for revision surgery, so they should pay the revision costs. I also asked a scar-specialty clinic, and they said the scar was so severe that scar removal surgery was necessary.. I told them to pay that cost too. Then do you know what that clinic, which said it would take responsibility to the end, said? They said absolutely not... absolutely not, they said They shouted at me that if I was not going to have surgery at their hospital, then they could not take responsibility, so I should stop interfering with business and get out Then they said the doctor who operated on me had quit in May.. Right now another doctor has taken over, so it is legally a different hospital, and if I want to sue, I should go find that doctor and sue them. Does that make any sense?? The hospital name is the same, the location is the same, the manager is the same, and the director I consulted is the same, but because one doctor changed, they say it is a completely different hospital and they bear no responsibility! And the person who consulted me first said at the beginning that they were a breast augmentation specialist, but now they say they are not a doctor, only a management executive.!! What is that then? If they were not a doctor, then didn’t they deceive patients from the start by wearing a white coat like a doctor and talking as if they were doing breast augmentation surgery themselves..!! Now they are saying they are not a doctor, and I was so stunned I could not even speak.. Then what is it? These days most plastic surgery clinics open with multiple doctors under a certain hospital name, and if you have surgery at that hospital and that doctor quits, does the hospital become a different hospital and have absolutely no responsibility? Then what are patients supposed to do... They treated me completely like a castaway.. While saying they had no responsibility, they were the ones shouting at me instead.. Fine, then I asked them to give me the contact information for the doctor who quit. Then they said that person had quit being a doctor, changed their phone number, and moved to Gangwon-do... Ha... honestly.. I was speechless.. How do you make up a story like that?? They tell me to sue that doctor, and then say that doctor quit medicine and went to Gangwon-do.???? So I asked them what they expected me to do, and they told me either to have surgery again at this hospital, or just leave! They said one of those two options. And do you know what else they said? Since the doctor had changed, I would have to pay a certain amount and undergo surgery. They were telling me to pay again and have surgery at that hospital??? They said that was the most they could do for me, and spoke as if they were being very generous... What am I supposed to do... Of course I wish I could just shake it all off and let it pass as if nothing had happened, but my body and mind are already completely ruined. If I had not trusted them, I would not have suffered this much.. Should I sue that hospital..? Everything the director who consulted me said from start to finish feels like a lie, and I can no longer tell what is true and what is fake.. Really.. I do not know what to do.. Everyone, when you have surgery, do not just believe everything the hospital says like I did. Be sure to check everything carefully.. consult directly with the doctor.. look into cases of people who had surgery at that hospital.. and choose a hospital you can trust.. Being a specialist does not mean they are good at surgery, and a hospital saying it will take responsibility does not mean it will actually do so.. The world is truly frightening...
