I reduced my nostril wings using a method where they tie sutures inside.. I had the surgery under local anesthesia.. When looking at the photo, when they reduced the right nostril, I felt a strong pulling sensation.. I was waiting, thinking I’d feel the same on the left side too, but they said the surgery was over.. Sure enough, when I came out after surgery, the shape was different.. I told the doctor, and he said he would remove the stitches, try correcting it, and if it still really bothered me, he would reduce one side again, and that I wouldn’t need taping and it was simple, so he would do it for me.. But after removing the stitches, the doctor corrected it to some extent, and it looked better than when it was swollen.. So I thought it would be okay and came home.. But human greed is what it is..-_- I keep noticing it.. How does it look to everyone? Is it very uneven? Should I get only one side operated on again?-_-
