I had a consultation here last year. First of all, the managers were kind in some way, but it felt like formal kindness, and about three of them gathered together and kept laughing and talking. As I had heard, the director was very blunt. They also pointed out parts of my appearance other than my nose, so I felt a little hurt inside They seemed to prioritize safety, and they showed me the silicone shapes one by one while explaining, so they seemed professional. However, they told me their own limitations, so I think someone who has a specific nose shape they want may not be a good fit here. Recommended if you want something natural
