The reason I chose this clinic was because of the doctor's friendliness I felt from watching YouTube and because of the reviews saying they were kind. I was treated by a different doctor than the one on YouTube, and that doctor was kind, but the staff were really rude. While I was waiting, it seemed like the doctor called the manager, but why were they shouting back and forth, telling each other to come here and go there? Before I went, I had checked several times about something, but it turned out I had been answered incorrectly. The doctor apologized, but the staff never apologized and forced me to understand, saying there was nothing they could do. When I was consulting with the manager, it was completely unprofessional, and they just kept pushing me to pay, saying things like Shrink is cheaper than Ulthera, and your facial contour has collapsed anyway. Even when a patient finished a procedure and left after saying goodbye, they did not care at all. If you go there expecting kindness, do not choose this clinic. It is a place where you spend money and still have to watch their mood. It feels like the friendliness the doctor posted on YouTube, and the kindness of the doctors who really were kind, was all ruined by the managers.
