Breast augmentation at a plastic surgery clinic

1-week review after breast augmentation I had the procedure done through a transaxillary incision. Right after surgery, it pulled a lot whenever I moved my arms, and when I was lying down, there was a lot of pain, like pressure and muscle soreness..? But after about a week, thanks to the medication, the pain has decreased a lot. It is still hard to raise my arms high, but it is not to the point of causing major problems in daily life. The doctor was very professional, so I did not have severe swelling, and I had no bruising at all! Overall, the shape of my breasts still looks awkward, and the upper part of my breasts feels a bit firm. The clinic said it takes at least 3 to 6 months for them to settle naturally, so I am trying not to be too impatient haha After surgery, when I weighed myself, I had gained about 4-5 kg, and they said it was because of the IV fluids and swelling. They said it would come off naturally as I recover, so I am not too worried Daily life is still uncomfortable. I can only shower partially, and I cannot lift anything heavy at all. For sleeping, I have to sleep with my upper body elevated, so it is hard to toss and turn, and sleeping is uncomfortable. Still, I can feel myself getting better day by day, so it is bearable Honestly, during the first week, the discomfort was significant and the shape was not pretty either, so I thought, 'Did I do this for nothing?' But as time passes, I am getting more excited thinking that it will gradually get better. I hope this helps even a little for people who are considering it like I was
