They said they don’t do lateral osteotomy as a standalone surgery…… It was a clinic I had high expectations for and had gone around consulting at, so I was really disappointed I was also thinking of consulting about the nasal tip and getting an estimate, but they firmly refused without a detailed consultation, so I was even more disappointed….. If you only want osteotomy, keep this in mind
