I went for a consultation because the director is famous for nose surgery. It had been a very long time since I had nose filler, but anyway I told them in advance because I was worried it might affect the surgery, and they checked that part well too. I said I had a mild bulbous nose and wanted to correct that, and he explained in great detail how the surgery would need to be done to make the nasal tip rounded.
