I felt it was a trustworthy place, so I booked a consultation. The person who handled the consultation was very kind, and even though we asked to change the schedule several times, they treated us well, so I was even more grateful. We went in thinking about upper/lower blepharoplasty, but based on my father’s eye condition, they recommended lower blepharoplasty and a brow lift, so we proceeded as advised. It was my father’s first surgery, so he was very nervous, but they carried it out well. I was very worried, but being able to contact them in the evening in case of an emergency made me feel even more reassured. They kindly answered questions about the surgical progress, and when something needed to be checked in more detail, they also scheduled a visit and took good care of the follow-up management. At present, the swelling and bruising have completely disappeared, and we are just hoping the surgical area heals well without scarring.
