The consultation manager did the consultation. If you meet the director, they do give a consultation too, but with this kind of factory-style clinic, honestly, it seems like you don’t really go in knowing who the director is. For Botox, I usually get it at various cheap places nearby, so I don’t think there’s anything especially satisfying or dissatisfying.
