<Before><After>For a man, my nasal bridge was awkwardly high, and I had a bulbous nose plus a hump, so I had been thinking about nose surgery for a while. What I wanted was a masculine, straight line that extended cleanly, so I went to consultations at 3 places in total, including places recommended by acquaintances and places I found myself. The last consultation was at the final clinic, and trying to visit them all in one day was really tiring, but the consultation itself felt straightforward, they listened well, + because they were quite honest about what could and could not be done, I decided to have surgery there. I had the surgery using autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and since I did not want to worry too much, I think I chose autologous costal cartilage because it seemed sturdy and had fewer side effects. I also had the slight bulbous nose and hump nose corrected together. They explained the materials step by step, and I liked that they reflected my opinions a lot. Compared with before the nose surgery, my facial proportions look better, and I like how my side profile looks clean and defined. It turned out better than I expected, so I am satisfied.
