Two years ago, I had nasal tip cartilage tying (closed approach) and internal-incision alar reduction at another plastic surgery clinic. But absolutely nothing changed, so I decided to have revision surgery at Objet Plastic Surgery Clinic. It has been two months since I had rhinoplasty with Director Lee Kyung-mook at Objet Plastic Surgery Clinic. I had silicone placed in the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage placed in the nasal tip, and I also had columella lowering and bulbous nose correction. Since I had a bit of rhinitis, I also had rhinitis surgery. I think there is still a little swelling left, but looking at my current appearance, I’m 80 out of 100 satisfied. My nasal bridge was low in side profile, but now it is higher and sharper. Also, it doesn’t look obviously surgical. Even when I went to the hair salon, they said they didn’t know I had surgery. My side profile has definitely improved a lot in a natural way. My mouth also looks less protruded than before. I’m satisfied with the front view because the columella was lowered. Somehow, raising the nasal tip also makes my nostrils feel smaller. Since my nose feels a bit longer, I think it looks more masculine. My nostrils were also severely uneven, but that has improved. However, the one thing I’m a bit disappointed about is that it may be swelling, but the nasal tip still feels slightly rounded, so I think it would be nice if it were just a little sharper. Still, I’m happy because I think it turned out naturally well.
