It’s a revision surgery, and it was 11 years ago, so I remember it as 3 mm silicone plus right ear cartilage, but while going around for consultations, I got a CT scan and they said it looked like 3.5 mm? Anyway, I had 3–3.5 mm silicone put in, and the reason I want revision surgery is my face is small and delicate-looking, but my nose is too high, so it looks masculine + only my nose stands out. Last week, I went to 3 places for consultations, and all the directors said my nose is too high and looks obviously operated on. After living with a fake-looking nose for 10 years, now I want to change it to a natural nose that doesn’t look operated on! When I went around for consultations last week, all the directors said to lower the silicone height, correct the tilted columella, and if the height is lowered, the nasal tip will also be less pointy and become natural and rounded~ they said it’s not a difficult surgery~ I got similar consultations at all 3 places, but I’m wondering what it would be like to do it without an implant.. It’s not like I want a high nose, but is it possible to raise it by about 2 mm without an implant? I like the front view, so I don’t want to have no nasal bridge at all.. And I still don’t really understand what the non-implant surgery method is. I think I need to make a new plan and get consultations for both silicone and non-implant options.. If doing it without an implant, how do they raise the nasal bridge?

하이호오 If you do it without an implant, a step-off can form, so the surgery is actually kind of difficult.. It seems like you don’t tend to get silicone inflammation, so I think just placing 1–2 mm of silicone would make the nasal bridge look slim and defined, which would be good!
