I finally had surgery- Surgery day 1^^

I’m finally leaving a surgery review.. First, please don’t download the photos.. Please~^^ Yesterday I went to the hospital, had a consultation, and immediately set a date... I couldn’t sleep for 24 hours.. thought about it, and in the end I did it today.. Two years ago, I had even set the date but canceled on the day itself.. so I think that’s why I was able to have surgery this urgently.. The surgery was at 2, so I went to the hospital by 1:30, took photos, and had another consultation.. Originally I was definitely going to do it with costal cartilage, but the doctor said my nose didn’t need costal cartilage, so we decided on 1 mm silicone and 3 mm ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. But... the idea of an implant going in.. felt uneasy.. This isn’t right.. thoughts like that kept rushing in.. So I slept at 7 this morning.. after worrying.. Anyway, so I asked the doctor about everything, from silicone removal to inflammation, Gore-Tex, and nasal septum.. I said I’m afraid the silicone will show through.. Please do it with fascia~~~^^ The doctor said since it’s 1 mm silicone, it won’t show.... But you never know... whether it might show through... To my eyes, my skin looks a bit thin.. The doctor readily said.. okay... then let’s do fascia.. Let’s make it pretty... ^^ So the surgery proceeded.. Because of fat grafting to my cheeks and between my eyebrows, I was in a position like being punished, got an IV lol and went under anesthesia~ I’ve had sleep anesthesia before, 2 years ago.. Back then I really just slept and woke up.. But this time... wow... In my dream I was singing and saying Doctor.. I only trust you, doctor. This and that.. I was muttering to myself... lol After surgery, I asked the nurse and the director whether I had maybe said anything weird during surgery.. They said, you woke up once in the middle and then kept sleeping... But... I was sure it wasn’t a dream lolololol Ah... I thought I’d die of embarrassment by myself.. When I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room... what kind of bed is this........ I still hadn’t woken up from the dream...... I went to the bathroom once... and then slept for more than 2 hours.. Maybe because I told the doctors I had only slept 2 hours yesterday.. They let me sleep deeply~~ lolol Later the director came and woke me up.. said I had to sit up and personally helped me up..^^ My boyfriend couldn’t come because of work, so I called the hospital and asked them to call a taxi for me,.. lol I went alone, but still.. it was manageable... As soon as I got home, I kept taking pictures lolol Wow... it doesn’t hurt at all, I’m not swollen.. ah.. I’m hungry.... They told me to eat something cold, so I ate one convenience-store tuna porridge and lay lightly on the sofa and slept for 2 hours... When I woke up.... my ear started hurting... It was throbbing... hmm... Still, this much seems like nothing compared with when I had tonsil surgery.. After tonsil surgery, I really thought I was going to die.... They say days 2–3 are when it swells... sigh.. I’m looking forward to it... I don’t want anything more.. I just hope it heals well... without inflammation....
