It’s been about 50 days since surgery. I had silicone for the bridge + ear cartilage for the columella + ear cartilage for the tip. The nose only tugs a little if I make my mouth go “m” and purse it... no other real pain. But even after wearing glasses for just 30 minutes, my ear hurts a lot. If I don’t wear glasses, my ear doesn’t hurt. It only hurts when it gets bumped... Right now I only wear the nasal support at night... If this is going to make it impossible to wear glasses just to make the nose prettier and interfere with daily life, then if any of you are thinking of getting ear cartilage harvested, please think carefully... Or does it gradually get better later?
