I had surgery a few years ago, and although the lines were uneven, the result came out quite decent. It did come undone within a year, but while it lasted, it was pretty, so I was satisfied. I didn’t go during the A/S period because it was bothersome, but when I went back, they recommended a full incision, so I don’t think I’ll get revision surgery.
