Liposuction Reviews

I used to have a lot of belly fat, but I succeeded in losing it! Abdominal liposuction review

<2 weeks><4 weeks><4 weeks><5 weeks><7 weeks>I originally decided not to get liposuction. Why? Because I thought, "That's something people with no willpower do." I was going crazy because of belly fat that wouldn’t go away no matter how much I managed my diet and exercised~~~ Even with help from my PT trainer, I felt like I couldn’t get rid of my belly fat and flank fat on my own. Since my body type had both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat evenly, it was even harder to lose weight, so I changed my mind and decided to spend some money and try losing it through abdominal liposuction. Until I decided on surgery! -I looked up several hospitals that were said to be well-known in communities. -I chose this place because the reviews, consultation atmosphere, and the explanation from the board-certified plastic surgeon all matched well. -It felt comfortable because they were calm, not complicated, and performed the surgery according to my individual body shape. I heard it was more painful than other areas, so I wondered how much annual/monthly leave I should use. I had surgery on Friday, rested for 2 days over the weekend, and went to work on the 3rd day. Honestly, it hurt until day 3. Why? Because it felt like the day after dumbbell training plus aching muscle pain came together. It was hard to lie down and sit up, and going to the bathroom was torture.. It hurt so much that I wondered why I had this surgery, but from day 4, daily life was no problem and I felt okay. After 1 week, even though my abdomen felt tight, the swelling started to go down and it was fascinating to see my waistline gradually appear. At that time, even if I wanted to tighten my abs, it felt tight so I couldn’t put strength into my abdomen. After 2 weeks, you can feel that it’s like an ant waist. You can wear high-waisted pants and slacks however you want. From then on, I could put in some strength, so moving around was easier. Coworkers at work and friends asked why I had lost so much weight. They asked me to tell them how I managed it lololololololololol I got liposuction though? But even if I hide things, it shows on my face, so I just told them I got liposuction lol The incisions were made inside the bikini line, so they don’t show when I wear underwear. During follow-ups, I also received scar care and radiofrequency/laser care at the hospital, and I diligently massaged as instructed. Thankfully, my abdomen (upper/lower abdomen) didn’t get lumpy or the lines didn’t become asymmetric. When I wear crop tops, tight knit tops, or short-sleeve T-shirts, I naturally get an S-line.. Honestly, what’s a bit disappointing is that I kept thinking, should I have gotten thigh liposuction too? Even when I take photos undressed, the line becomes like )(, you know? Now I really should eat less... I spent money.. If I can’t manage it after this, I’ll gain it back, so I’m controlling my diet and exercising too. The very last photo is my current state, and at this level, didn’t I succeed? When I’m on my period, my lower abdomen does swell a bit, but still, at this level, it saved one person lol Actually, pants show off the fact that I had abdominal liposuction more than skirts do, and make my figure look better, so I wear them often~ If you’ve been worrying and stressing for years because of belly fat like me, I’m leaving this review to tell you to have even a little courage. When I see people saying they found the light after abdominal liposuction, I didn’t understand before, but these days I relate lol Please pretend you didn’t see the dirty mirror 0_0 Leave a comment if you’re curious about anything!
