I had high-volume PRP breast fat grafting. My upper-arm fat was also a complex for me, so while I was at it, I wanted arm liposuction and breast fat grafting. Arm liposuction had an additional cost. Since I have a slim body type and didn’t have enough fat volume, they said they would also harvest from the back flanks, and if that still wasn’t enough, from the thighs too. But when I came out after it was over, they had only harvested from my arms and back flanks. About 300-400 cc went into each side. It’s been 3 months now, and the stiff feeling in my arms is almost gone, and there is almost no bio-bond. The scars in my armpits and elbows are still clearly visible. The most important thing, my breasts, just show no difference before and after. After the fat grafting, I ate hard so the graft would take well, but my weight barely stayed maintained, and if I ate even a little less, it dropped right away… Maybe because of that, it’s just the same as before. Seriously, they didn’t get even a little bigger ㅜㅜ
