About a year ago I went around and looked for places, and had revision surgery here. It was my 3rd nose revision surgery, so I visited a lot of places, but if you want something flashy, I don't recommend it. It came out natural and moderately pretty. I was worried because I heard it was expensive, but it was the cheapest^^
