I had alar reduction in 2018, so it's already been 3 years. A friend who had surgery first recommended it to me, so I got a consultation and had the surgery that same day. The price is on the expensive side compared with other hospitals, but looking at the result, I think it was worth the price. The director isn't the kind of person who is especially friendly, but he points out exactly the parts that need to be addressed according to each person's nose shape. I only had an alar incision, and aside from the local anesthetic before the nose surgery, there was no pain at all. After surgery, until the stitches healed, you only need to pay attention when smiling or making facial expressions, so there really isn't much to worry about. Now, 3 years later, the incision scar is completely invisible when I wear makeupㅎㅎㅎㅎ Most of all, I only reduced the alae, but my image changed as if I'd had full nose surgery, so I'm very satisfied.
