I had a bulbous nose, and they said osteotomy would change my impression, so if I wanted something natural they told me to do only the tip, so I gathered the tip and used ear cartilage and dermis to raise it. It's been three years and the tip has come down a lot, and it seems too natural, so I'm considering revision surgery. The scar is clearly visible if you look from below the nose, and the scar tissue is also pretty severe, so I'm upset The shape is natural. It's better than before, I think.
