I had a nose consultation, and I liked that they carefully checked facial asymmetry and the points that needed improvement. They didn't seem to recommend things overly strongly, and I don't think they do much advertising either. But most of the surgery review photos seem to be old, so I'm undecided. I think it would be good to go in with a list of questions prepared.
