The staff, manager, and doctor were all kind and explained everything carefully. I consulted about functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty together, and neither the manager nor the doctor pushed anything on me; they just said I could choose. But they mentioned an artificial implant, mesh, which I'd never heard of when I had been visiting other clinics, so I was a little surprised. They said there used to be issues with it, but that many doctors used it a lot because surgery was easier that way, and that it was fine if only a small amount was used in the right places. They also said if I didn't like that, we could use more ear cartilage. I liked that there were far fewer review posts than other places, and the A/S period is 6 months to 1 year. For A/S due to a change of mind by the patient, they said they would do it for just the material cost.
