Among the places I went to for consultations, this was the only one that recommended septal cartilage. Other hospitals said my septum was deviated and there wasn’t much cartilage, so they recommended costal cartilage (autologous or donated). During the consultation, rather than explaining things in great detail, the director seemed to have become convinced on their own about how they should make my nose. I don’t think it’s particularly inexpensive. The staff all seemed exhausted.
