Among the places I went for consultations, this was the only one that recommended septal cartilage. At other hospitals, I was told my septum was deviated and there wasn’t much cartilage, so they recommended costal cartilage (autologous or donated). During the consultation, rather than explaining everything in detail, the doctor seemed to have personally become certain about how my nose should be shaped. I don’t think it’s particularly cheap. The staff all seemed exhausted.
