After nose surgery.... I have to pick my nose with a cotton swab, and the nasal tip feels like it has been glued in place, so it doesn’t move freely.... Even when the nasal tip is done with cartilage, is the part above the philtrum, the columella? I guess that’s what you call it.. also not supposed to move freely.. It’s so, so uncomfortable Even if I can’t make a pig nose, how long does it take before I can pick my nose and use it like my own nose?
