Everyone, I have questions about revision surgery and inflammation.

I am a 20-year-old man, and last September, in Gangnam, I had rhinoplasty with a straight silicone implant of 3 mm, a slight hump reduction, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. However, after surgery, instead of the straight-line nose I wanted, it came out slightly curved like a ski-slope nose, and the area on the nasal bridge where the hump was shaved was slightly low again. The silicone position was also like /, with both the nasal bridge and nasal tip shifted a lot to the left. Also, the degree of pinching on both sides of the nasal alae was uneven, so it was not a straight nose. So about 110 days later, on December 30, I had the silicone height changed to 4 mm and had the left-shifted silicone position corrected. Since the nasal tip was not as slim as I expected, we also decided to pinch the nasal alae a little more. At that point, the nurse said that this time they might use an L-shaped silicone implant. But today, one week has passed, and although it is not as bad as before, the nasal tip is in the center this time, but the nasal bridge is slightly shifted to the left, and the degree of pinching of the nasal alae on the left and right is slightly uneven. More than anything, my biggest concern is that right after surgery, on the next day, I removed the hard splint like a cast that they put over the tape, and on the second day after surgery, I even removed the tape that had been placed on the columella area and nasal bridge, except for the glabella area. Unlike the first surgery, my nose was very swollen. I thought it must be because of swelling, but in the evening my hand happened to touch my nose, and it didn't feel like my own skin. It feels like when you get an anesthetic injection in your mouth to have a tooth pulled and then touch your cheek: it feels tingly and sensation is dull. Also, when my hand touches it, fine small wrinkles form around that area, and it looks as if something like water or pus has collected inside. To compare it, it looks like the way fine wrinkles form around a deflated balloon when you touch it. But I don't have any particularly severe pain or fever symptoms, and today is day 6, and the swelling in my nose has gone down a lot and is almost normal. When I look up inflammation, it usually says severe pain, fever symptoms, and swelling occur. I do occasionally have a throbbing sensation, but there is no fever or swelling, so I find it very strange. There is no way I would have developed wrinkles on my nose at a young age, and after my first surgery my sensation was normal. But this time, sensation is so dull, it doesn't feel like my own skin, and it feels dull, numb, and anesthetized, like touching a heel. I'm so worried whether I'm experiencing these symptoms because of signs of inflammation, or whether the doctor accidentally damaged a nerve. Or I'm also very worried whether my skin is not compatible because they used an L-shaped silicone implant. Also, if I have to squeeze out or remove inflammation because of signs of inflammation, would it be possible at the same time as that procedure to pinch one side of the nasal ala more and properly correct the deviated silicone position? Today is the 6th day after surgery. As a man, I'm already at the point of feeling devastated that I've had nose surgery twice, and now this has happened again, so I'm extremely distressed. With university starting in March, I really want to go to school with a normal nose before the semester begins, but I have so many worries.
