Nose Re-Surgery

I need revision rhinoplasty, so I’m doing consultations~ it’s hard

About 10 years ago, I had my hump shaved down (no implant). I had the nasal tip done (ear cartilage + septal cartilage)! The hump was my complex, and silicone scared me. I lived happily with the results for over 10 years, but what is going on Suddenly, starting about 2 weeks ago, the cartilage outline at the nasal tip started showing through clearly. Shock after shock. I’m currently squeezing out whatever time I can to get consultations around Sinnonhyeon and central Gangnam There really are an enormous number of clinics... I only looked into clinics with about 1 or 2 doctors. 1. ㅇㅌ (opened in 2025) 2. ㅁㅇㅌ I’ve had consultations at these two places up to today, 3. ㅂㅇㅇ 4. ㄱㅇㅅ consultations scheduled this week 5. ㅇㄷ in October 6. ㅅㅇ waiting for consultation (?) in November 7. ㄴㅌ consultation booked in December For now, this is about how much research I’ve urgently done. But what I’m curious about is, I’m worried about the nasal tip cartilage showing through, so would autologous dermis be effective? One place said we should shave the nasal bridge a bit more, correct the deviation, and reinforce the nasal tip with cartilage + mastoid periosteum. One place said autologous dermis would show through again. If I want to keep it simple, they said remove the ear cartilage and see the shape, then finish there, or if the shape doesn’t come out well, use ear cartilage only to lower the height. I understand the general idea is to lower the nasal tip, but it’s hard because opinions differ on whether to use autologous dermis Could I ask for some advice?
