Short nose + no columella + contracture on top of that... It was a total mess, so most places said it was a difficult nose, but only Highend said they could do it confidently, so I trusted them and had the surgery. I’m extremely satisfied with the result!!! My nose became longer than I ever expected, and instead of silicone, I had surgery using donated dermis + autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage. Maybe because they harvested the autologous costal cartilage with a special method, I had almost no pain and recovered quickly! I went to 10-15 places for consultations, and since the doctor has presented many academic papers, I trusted him so much! I highly recommend it to anyone worried about a contracted nose like me!!!
