I’m scheduled for my first implant-free rhinoplasty, and they said they’ll use ear cartilage + septal cartilage for the nasal tip and slightly refine the hump too. Honestly, when you look at it externally, the hump is almost nonexistent… it’s more like it protrudes a bit when you touch it? The price came out to almost 4.4 million won. Do you think the price was inflated…? Looking at consultation quotes from the same hospital, it’s almost similar to the price for a custom implant, so at that price, it’d be better not to do it, right..?
