It’s now day 10 since my revision surgery. I had silicone, osteotomy, and autologous costal cartilage, and I asked them to maintain the nasal bridge as much as possible + lower the columella and lengthen my nose a lot. I think it turned out the way I wanted, so I’m satisfied ❤️ They say the nose looks prettiest at one month, but I’m already happy with the line now, so I hope the swelling stops going down here lol
