They kind of went back and forth in a subtle way between seeming annoyed and being kind. When I asked something, they seemed annoyed and kept repeating, “I told you earlier,” but they were also kind enough to ask first if I had any more questions? Other hospitals said to excise the scar, but here they said they can’t excise the scar and can only go in along the existing incision line and tidy it up, so I’m thinking about it.
