I am soooo satisfied. The director was extremely kind and friendly, and the way he spoke was a bit like my dad, so for some reason I trusted him haha. I'm still debating whether to have surgery or not, but I don't think I need to go to any other clinics for consultations. If I do have surgery, I think I'll do it here. It was good that there was no pressure to pay a deposit.
