Since it is my first surgery, I want a natural look, but the director seems set on a flashy-natural style and on the materials they want.. For the eyes, they recommended incision; for the nose, they recommended using costal cartilage << The reason given was that my septal cartilage is too soft and there is a high chance it could collapse, but among 4 consultations, this was the first time costal cartilage was recommended. The director was extremely confident, and although they seemed highly professional, saying things like the shape cannot be finalized until going into nose surgery, and that the nasal tip should be decided before placing the nasal bridge, the postoperative shape seems to be decided once the surgery is confirmed. For the eyes, I personally wanted a partial incision, but they said absolutely not haha; (I understand this part because everyone’s base is different.) They also said they definitely recommend ptosis correction, but about forehead fat grafting, which I had been considering, they said my forehead is pretty and there is no need to do it. I felt they were honest and clear about things that were not necessary, but personally, it felt like they were maximizing everything for the eyes and nose I went in to consult about... Costal cartilage, incision, nasal tip, columella, nasal tip correction, etc., they added a lot..
The manager was also kind, and I could feel their pride in the clinic, but when I hesitated because of costal cartilage for a first surgery, far from pressuring me for a deposit, they did not even initially mention a discount.. haha (photo disclosure)
Overall it was fine and I am still thinking about it, but if I were to have costal cartilage surgery, I think I would probably do it there. A/S is 1 year, and CCTV is deleted immediately after disclosure (after guardian confirmation, absolutely!! deleted immediately). I feel like they would not take responsibility if a problem occurred.. They emphasized that it has to be deleted right away..
