They weren’t unfriendly, but it was subtly uncomfortable. Pros: Despite the discomfort, the explanations were very clean and clear. I could feel their experience, and the fact that they specialize only in nose surgery gave me a lot of trust. It seems a lot of people also come for removal, but it felt like they specialize in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.
