Since I have someone close to me who had inflammation from silicone, from the moment I decided to get my nose done, I wanted to do it without an implant. Fortunately, among the places that said silicone would be better, there were exactly two places that told me to keep going without an implant, so after thinking about it, I got my nose fixed at one of them. Maybe because it was a place I chose very carefully, the cost was pretty high; I didn’t even use autologous costal cartilage, but it was a bit expensive.. The parts I emphasized were no silicone, a rounded nasal tip (I absolutely hate a pointy look), and because my nose was spread out in a triangular shape, how they shaped it was the key point for me.. Whether the line looked smooth without any step-off from the front, side, and profile views was also something I considered really important.. I don’t really have tips for choosing a hospital I just decided based on a place whose aesthetic matched mine, how I felt during the consultation, and my gut feeling. All I did was study a bit so I could understand terms during the consultation, like simply lowering the nostrils or a septal support strut I probably don’t know much more than everyone here. Still, I’m happy because I’m satisfied with the surgery itself It was a lot of money for me, so I feel like my hands were really shaking when I paid.. I went into it thinking that if I paid this much and it failed, I’d post notices all over every major community, but I’m glad that didn’t happen^^ I had an osteotomy and used septal cartilage! I thought only my nose would be swollen, but my whole face was a bit swollen for a while. I’m the type who swells easily anyway, so I thought it would be fine after some time, but on day 3, I was super swollen.. I went for walks at dawn because I’m someone who cares a bit about other people’s eyes;; Still, walking did help the swelling go down~ I hope everyone getting nose surgery also gets results they can be satisfied with
