I had a slightly arrow-shaped nose with the nasal alae lifted. Yesterday, I had the nasal bridge done slightly, and for the nasal tip, autologous cartilage was used to pull and lower the nasal alae. I looked around at many hospitals, but everyone said they were not confident, so it was hard; yesterday, I finally had the surgery. But the nasal tip and nasal lobule look too round and bulky, so it looks strange. Will it become slimmer with time? Or stay the same? Fortunately, the nostrils look pretty. I will upload photos after 4 days.
