I shaved down the hump and did osteotomy, and left the tip as it was. My columella was originally thick, so I reduced that a bit, and my nose was naturally pointy. But it feels like my nose has been lifted a little. Since I didn't put in any implant, will the nose come down a little over time? Please help me, I'd appreciate an answer ^^
