I had really high expectations because it seemed like they did natural-looking surgery, but the consultation was worse than I expected, so it was a place where I felt less inclined to do it.. both the consultant’s consultation and the director’s consultation.. The consultant was standing behind me during the director’s consultation, and every time I asked a question, the way she laughed, almost like a slight snort, bothered me..
