I went after hearing that the director was very blunt, but he felt warmer than I expected. I brought the design I wanted, and he confidently told me not to worry too much and that mine was an easy case. When I asked about the nasal alar area or additional things besides the nasal bridge, he said I didn't necessarily need them, but if I wanted them, he could do them, so they were added. I liked that he clearly said no to the things that couldn't be done among the questions I brought, but rather than recommending what he thought would look pretty, his stance was that he could do what I wanted. For those going for a consultation, I recommend clearly preparing the design you want and a list of questions before asking.
