One-month review after nose surgery. Points I wanted to improve. 1. I didn’t like the arrow-shaped nose appearance from the front. 2. Because my nose was long, my midface looked even longer. 3. I wanted to change my straight-shaped, not very feminine nose into a feminine line. 4. I wanted the scar from nose surgery to be as unnoticeable as possible. After nose surgery 1. Correction of the arrow-shaped nose. 2. Raising the nasal tip reduced the feeling that the midface looked long. 3. The line became feminine and pretty. 4. The scar is still visible, but I think it won’t show much if I apply ointment well. I used autologous costal cartilage + my own cartilage together. The process of wearing a splint and having my nose blocked was hard, but I think I’m glad I did it! My midface looks shorter and my nasal tip became prettier, so I’m very satisfied!
