<Before revision rhinoplasty and fat grafting><Before and after surgery>I had revision rhinoplasty, and the swelling seemed to peak around day 4. Maybe because I had fat grafting done at the same time, my whole face looked swollen overall. The rib pain started to feel less uncomfortable after 4 days, and moving around became much easier! After removing the splint, the columella area I had been worried about was shaped nicely, and I liked the overall line, so my satisfaction is pretty high. Before surgery, my nasal tip was pointy and it felt like the implant might protrude, but now the columella projects more and the nasal tip has become rounder, so it looks natural, and depending on the angle, I think it also has a refined-but-natural look:) It has not fully settled yet, but I’m looking forward to it because I think the nasal bridge and tip will settle nicely as more time passes!
