Nose Re-Surgery

What does it mean that your nose gets bulky after total removal..?

I only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the nasal tip I’m looking into it because I just want to remove everything completely and live like that The consultation I had at that clinic resonated with me the most I went to 10 places for consultations When I showed them photos of my original nose (got them from the hospital where I had my first surgery) everyone said it was an arrow-shaped nose, a long nose, a droopy nose but at that clinic, they looked at the photos carefully again and pointed out that actually, the nasal tip itself wasn’t droopy; it looked that way because the columella was hanging down. When I looked again after that, it really was like that? They also said my alar cartilages weren’t extremely large like a typical arrow-shaped nose.. My pre-op nose was kind of like Kim Ji-won’s nose? The columella area was long downward.. Anyway, setting all that aside, I was looking at premium reviews and there are a lot of comments saying that at that clinic, the nose gets bulky and the aesthetic sense is lacking.. Since I can’t see the photos, I really can’t imagine what they mean by getting bulky Do they mean it becomes thick like a bulbous nose? Is it that scar tissue fills up inside and makes it swell outward.... This is so hard
