As my mom got older, she had been really concerned about forehead wrinkles and sagging eyebrows. Since she would need postoperative care, I thought going far would be difficult, so we had consultations at hospitals around Beomgye and Pyeongchon. I went with her to all the consultations! The reason one clinic stood out to us was that during the consultation, they explained the surgical method step by step using an anatomical model. They explained it in a way my mom could easily understand, so we trusted them, and in the end, she decided to go ahead with the surgery. They said the surgery is not simply pulling up the forehead, but that they perform dissection all the way to the brow bone, temples, and temporalis muscle. Also, they had two endoscopic devices available, so I really got the impression that it was a hospital with a lot of surgical experience. I don’t live with my mom, so I couldn’t take care of her much, but thanks to the consultant who kept checking in after surgery and told her to come in for oxygen therapy, I think her recovery was faster. Thank you, thank you ㅠㅠ She is now 6 weeks post-op, and her wrinkles have smoothed out and her eyebrow position has lifted, so her impression looks much more refreshed. My mom is also satisfied every time she looks in the mirror.
