On the first day, I bled so much from my nose that I changed gauze all night, did ice compresses, and couldn’t sleep They say bleeding a lot from the nose on the first day is actually okay, and sure enough, for day 6, I don’t really have bruising or swelling. Still, I never want to experience that again…..
